iRamp is a system designed to keep track and manage vehicles operating within an airport.
As a tracking system enables fleet operators to improve productivity, safety and security while reducing operation, fuel costs and emissions. The system collects and analyzes engine data (via the vehicle's existing diagnostic port), attached auxiliary devices and GPS location data and presents exception-based reports through a centralized Web-based system.
As a Work order management system, iRamp™ provides an electronic way to keep track of the work orders issued to the drivers. It iliminates the need for a driver to manually enter data to a central computer at the end of the shift thus minimize data entry errors. It is calculated that on average each driver spends aproximatelly 20 minutes after every shift entering data in a computer. iRamp is capable of interfacing to third party accounting packages so work order information can be communicated in real time for billing purposes.
The iRamp system includes the best in-vehicle data collection device available, providing connectivity to light and heavy duty vehicles of all makes and models.

Flight Information
The iRamp™ Flight information system is designed to relay information such as gate and flight information to the drivers. The information, where possible, is imported automatically to iRamp™ and transmitted wirelessly to the drivers. The object of this module is to provide accurate last minute information about any gate changes to the drivers and avoid any time delays that can occur with outdated information..

Work order management
This module replaces the traditional clipboard with an electronic version that keeps the drivers informed about any available work orders. This paperless system ensures that no task is missed. Data collected from this module helps to provide statistics about the workload and efficiency of the team.

Vehicle Information
This module provides a historical representation of data regarding the vehicle in question. Data collected from the on board diagnostics modules are stored in our server for statistical analysis.

Messaging
This module provides a two way messaging system for exchanging short text messages between the driver of a vehicle and the main operations station.

Dashboard
A utility that allows the driver or a maintenance supervisor to monitor the condition of the vehicle from data collected by the VIU in real time.

Reporting
iRamp™ includes a large number of standard reports as well as an easy to use ad hoc report writer that enables each organization to define and create their own custom reports to meet their needs. Training on use of standard reports and introductory training on creation of ad hoc reports is included in the pricing. iRamp™ is ODBC compliant, allowing for the export of any data to a third party reporting tool such as Crystal Reports.
